Privacy Policy

Easy Hours (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a time- and mileage-tracking application for businesses and self-employed professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights. When a company uses Easy Hours for its employees, that company is the data controller and Easy Hours processes the data on its behalf.

Data we collect

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the app’s features: authentication, registering and approving working hours, logging business mileage, and generating reports (PDF/Excel) for you and your employer/administrator. We do not use your data for advertising.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not track you across other apps or websites. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and there are no in-app purchases. Data from one company is strictly isolated from other companies (multi-tenant separation).

Storage, security and retention

Data is stored on secure servers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when your account is removed or upon a valid deletion request.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us or your employer (the controller).

Children

Easy Hours is a professional tool and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
